Have not been getting emails from NewEgg for about 2 weeks now, which includes the daily Shell Shocker emails, other specials and sales, and pretty much ANYTHING from them via email, so I decided to go ahead and contact their customer support so it could be resolved. Keep in mind, I checked my account prior and it has all the email address correct and everything is subscribed, not to mention that in the email settings for the email address they are sent to, it has the email address they send their newsletters from in my address book as well as a filter to send it to a certain folder, so it’s not being blocked. There has been nothing in my spam folder either.

I made this a while back after I watched the movie Solo with Mario Van Peebles, which is just your run of the mill action b-movie that some studio tried to bank on. In other words, it’s mundane and kinda boring. Don’t waste your time. Either way, the scene near the end of the movie with him coming out of the water made me thing of something someone would put on a forum as a snarky response.

This is still on MSI page for Winki if you click on the Instant Messaging icon (at http://event.msi.com/mb/winki/). Winki is basically a quick version of Linux that you can throw on a flash drive that is pre-set up with a web browser and a bunch of other apps and only supposedly works on certain MSI boards. It was basically to give the buyer a quick booting system to do simple functions in, instead of waiting for Windows to boot up.

Fine example of why the USPS and carriers in general are shit.
Hard to tell from the photos, but this box was NEW and undamaged when it was shipped out from my friend only 1 state away. It obviously had something very large dropped on it and they taped it back up. I honestly wonder if these frauds (yes, I said FRAUDS) would have even bothered taping this back up and even shipping it the rest of the way if it had not been insured. Had my friend not packed as well as he did and the items inside were in boxes themselves, I can only imagine there would have been damaged items or they would have been lost.

Just to see the amount of damage that occurred from their nonsense, I removed the tape they used to make the box able to be shipped again; the whole side came off. Blatantly inconsiderate and unconcerned about anything arriving like it should.

Don’t get me wrong. I enjoy ordering from Amazon.com,...

Don’t get me wrong. I enjoy ordering from Amazon.com, however they should stop lying about their tracking, or what the real tracking shows. This is not the first time this has happened to me, so I know they do it on a regular basis, however I have to wonder how many people even take notice or know they do this.

As you can see in the images, my package was shipped out on the 17th of December. On the 19th of December it arrived at my local sorting stations and then the central hub for mail delivery to me; on the 19th it SHOULD have been out for delivery, but it wasn’t. I checked my box on the 20th, 21st, 22nd and 24th. Nothing showed up and the tracking showed nothing. I figured it was the holiday rush and it would show up later on in the week, but was dumbfounded by the fact that it was standard mail and a package that was sent to me by a friend from a state away via Media Mail, was shipped the same day and arrived earlier than the package from Amazon did…ironically that package from my friend arrived damaged and completely mutilated, however the contents were fine since it was packed extreme; I may post photos of that package after this post to show the extent of said damage to that other package.

Fast forward to today, December 26th and I see that it’s been listed as wrong address and it was sent up to FedEx’s damage and sort facility in Wisconsin…I know this is where it went because packages don’t magically get sent all the way from the south part of the United States to the north part for a ‘wrong address’.
Now keep in mind, Amazon says nothing about their tracking #’s being able to be used on the actual carrier sites. USPS listed nothing (which is what FedEx sometimes uses for Smart Post), however FedEx listed a completely different story than Amazon’s ‘wrong address’ nonsense.

“Damaged, unable to deliver shipment - Please contact shipper/merchant for details” - how the hell is that the same as “Incorrect address”?
It’s not. I can only imagine how badly the package was damaged that it was shipped away from where it was only 15 minutes from delivery and they decided it needed to be sent off.

While a re-shipment of my entire package’s contents will be shipped out tomorrow and the new package has been upgraded to 1-day shipping at no cost to me, Amazon needs to severely change their tracking information policy to reflect the same as what the actual carrier shows. This kind of behavior makes me think they have something to hide. If my package is damaged I want to know. I don’t want to be lied to with a ‘Incorrect address’ statement, especially when I know the labels are printed out automatically at the warehouse and there is next to 0% possibility of a screw up, and ESPECIALLY when I can see that it came all the way here and then was shipped elsewhere. Seeing a ‘incorrect address’ makes me think they are a fuck up, rather than seeing a ‘package damaged in transit’, which makes me know what happened.

In other words, I would rather KNOW that my package was damaged, than think Amazon fucked up. It makes Amazon look bad and I don’t like being lied to. They should take note of this. I enjoy ordering from Amazon, I don’t like this kind of behavior from a company that I care to do business with. Seriously if someone at Amazon reads this, stop fucking around with your tracking information and show the same info across the board - the REAL information.
